I love holiday weekends. Especially when I totally forget about writing an article and scheduling it to post when I’m taking time off. You know how it goes.
This weekend flew by and before I knew it I was back at my best working on the rewrite of this book. We aren’t going to talk about how much time I spent on video games and shark movies. On the bright side, I’m up to chapter eight out of twenty-one and it is so much better. I love the changes that I’m making and I’m not sure if it’s going to take as long as I worried it would.
The biggest news I have is about the Publishing Derby. Advanced Reader Copies were sent out over the weekend. If you want to get your hands on these books early, and leave reviews you can check out the complete list HERE.
Here are a few spotlights, that I’ve loved:
Arctic Druid: When darkness covers the land, a young hunter races against time to find the elusive Arctic Druid and save his village.
The Warhog Paladins: Welcome to Revivium, where Game Over means death.
The Clockwork Kingdom: Four Champions. Four Tasks. Four Turns of the Clock's Dial.
This week on From Pages to Portals, I’ve interviewed Nyssa From Thorne: The Withering Shore.
Character Interview: Thorne
Character Interview: Thorne From Thorne: The Withering Shore by Cameron Scott Thorne is Jessica Jones meets Constantine. In a world where dark magic exists and chaos reigns, Rose Thorne investigates a series of disappearances across the city to uncover the truth and stop a secret society from opening doors that should be shut.
Meow is up to episode ten - I love this cozy bookstore that I really want to work at.
